In order to provide products that are best suited to each customer's needs, our sales staff will carefully inquire into product concepts, quantity, frequency, and scheduling, up to introduction.
We can plan and propose specifications for the linen products best suited to each customer, such as regarding design, material, and size. In addition to general-use products, we can also relay to customers our efforts regarding original product planning, etc. We can make prompt suggestions so as to help realize customer requests.
After making a contract with a customer, we then move to the stage of preparing linen items according to customer request, along with preparations for types, sizes, and the number required for each different customer situation.
A dedicated sales driver then carries out stable and accurate delivery.
Commitment to Quality
Stable quality and hygiene management is very important for linen items. At our processing facility, specialized staff conduct washing, drying, finishing, inspection, and shipping, in totality. Our facilities utilize the latest equipment, along with automatic detectors that can check for minute tears, dirt, etc.—things that the human eye cannot see.
We have collaborated with over 100 directly-operated facilities in the Sagami area, Chiba, Sano, and the Tokai area, thus we have built a service network that spans the entire nation of Japan. This service can respond to local hotel and Japanese-style inns all the way to nationwide hotels.
Tokyu Group Network
This network allows for the initial procurement of large amounts of linen materials. Restyling and replacement are also necessary for linen items that have been used for many years. As a member of the Tokyu Group, we utilize abundant financial capabilities, allowing us to enrich our proposal capabilities and support systems, while maintaining quality and keeping costs low.
In addition to acting as a full-time sales representative, collection and delivery drivers are also responsible for each customer. We can respond to the trust given to us by customers via detailed after-sales service.
In shipment and delivery, we regularly conduct research and inventory, so as to ensure accurate checks regarding the quality and inventory of all our linen products. As full-time sales personnel always have their finger on the pulse of their customer's situation, it is possible to main a proper flow for item replenishment.
In the event of a disaster, etc., we strive to ensure a stable supply of products through collaboration between our four directly operated factories and other cooperating factories.
