In order to deliver high-quality products to our customers, we confirm the quality, quantities, etc., and eliminate and replace any damaged items in the preliminary stage of delivery.
Via double checks at our processing facilities and by salespersons, we can confirm any possible product deterioration and thus can maintain quality.

Pickup

We transport separated used customer linen it to our factory by truck.
* We ask our customers to separate linen by category.

Cleaning

The separated items are then washed using the best methods available. Via wastewater recycling equipment, we optimize the purified water for washing, which results in brighter whites.

Shipping and Delivery

The items are then put into a covered container so as to ensure clean linens and are then shipped to our customers.

After-Sales Service

We periodically perform inventory in tandem with the customer, and thus we can help manage appropriate inventories.

Tokyu Linen Supply: Factories directly managed by us

Our factories act as sources that can provide stable delivery dates and high-quality linen products.
In addition to our Chiba Plant, which is certified for sanitary standards by the Japan Linen Supply Association, our four other directly managed plants utilize the latest in equipment technology.
For example, via our cleaning machines jointly developed with equipment manufacturers, we can provide sparkling products with a high-quality finish, without tape marks.
Also, by daring to reduce the capacity of our dryers, we are able to reduce instances of the rubbing of linen products, which reduces product damage.
In addition, we are pursuing further automation for quick finishing, such as by introducing double-side inspection equipment for towels.
